I like this app. Very helpful and I feel performance gains already. Its amazing that just that one area has much power over many aspects of life. Its not iOS 8 friendly. Am getting a freeze when trying to choose a level. I cant do anything until I manually quit the program. Id like to see iOS 8 health center features, but.. I havent a clue what they could be..! Thats just my obsessive healthkit reading nature speaking. I hope you, as the developer think of something to do there!
This app did the job. I am faithfully doing the exercises now. I use the custom featured to create a 10 second hold 10 second rest level. I wish l could customize the "quick" exercise to 2 seconds hold and 4 seconds rest, and I wish it could display a record of my calendar progress.
I love this app because it keeps you focused on a set of exercises that can be very easy to either forget to do, or not do properly. I wish, however, that there were more ways to customize levels, or even more advice on how to progress with it. Maybe theres nothing more to the whole thing than how this is. Im not sure, but its hard to say that the app itself is anything more than a simple timer. Not much value add, but good nonetheless.
And its getting better with each update. A must have!

This app is formatted simply making it a very easy program to use. I like having the feature that enables me to set reminders to work out.
I like the flexible reminders and the way the app works. Its easy to set it up for reminders to do the exercises at times that suit me. The only thing lacking is the ability to use my own photos as wallpaper during the exercises. Its a Zen thing--staring at the wallpaper while performing the exercise--and I would like my choice of photos to stare at. I highly recommend the app.
The reminders are useful even though I cant always do it when it pops up. I am sure that I do at least half of the twice a day that I scheduled. Without the app reminding and timing me I am sure I would have long ago quit doing the kegel.
I like this app and am using daily to help me rehab post surgery. Very good for reminding me when I want to do my Kegels and especially for keeping my pace and count. Wish there was more than three reminders times and for customizing. I recommend.
Have struggled for years to remember to do kegels, partly because of feeling unsure whether I was even doing them correctly. This app makes remembering easy, and makes staying focused easy. It is better than many of the other apps because it offers many more levels, and offers 3 reminders a day. I am so grateful!

Custom exercises easy to program to therapist recommendations; other level well designed and timed for those just beginning to exercise. Keeps one from losing track of the number of repetitions. Good job!
My doctor wanted 40 Kegels per day for 30 days. Difficult to remember and record this activity. Found this app and it solved my problem. No more counting or remembering I highly recommend
This is just a simple kegel app but its nice when you want to mix up your routine with other apps. It keeps going, though, so you have to stop it yourself when you feel like youve gotten a good workout for that session.
This app makes sure I dont skip my exercises and keeps track to ensure Im progressing. Simple and effective!
