Very well put together and thought out. It works great! I can throw my hammer away now, I can drive nails without it. But, I would like to see more background pictures, ones that arent blurry while youre exercising.
Perfect. Just what I wanted. I can set the time intervals to my specifications. Worth every penny!
This app was made known to me by a woman friend. It has been vital in my recovery from prostate surgery and has helped reduce incontinence by timing exercise consistently. Thanks.
I have reminders setup for several times a day. Doc recommended 25 reps a day. Most days I am successful reaching that goal.
Great program to help you when recovering from prostate surgery.
I use light hand weights while doing my kegels. Squeeze squeeze and release. Am toning up my arms at the same time. Love it!

Some bad moments

The only reason I bought the app was for the custom work outs, but you not access them. Cant skip levels...basically a waste of money.
I have tried several (actually 4) Kegel apps and this is the best. It allows you to create custom exercises, varying the hold and release times, that you can return to. I have a beef with the assumption that when you have finished one "level" you should automatically go to another, "higher" level, a sort of competitive view of the exercises. Actually, current research says that one should vary the times and repetitions. More is not better. My physical therapist recommends doing two different exercises of hold and release. Because of this bias of going "up" a level, once one exercise is finished, it bumps you to the next level. There ought to be a way for you to choose each level rather than having to make an extra attempt to go to the previous exercise. Also, sometimes the tapping is not recognized by the program. That said, this is the best of the four I have tried and if the programmers modify it so that one can go back and forth from one exercise to another in ones own sequence, it would be even better.
I like the different levels. I wish it had more variations and guided visualization
I am using this app post prostatectomy and have been very happy with the results.
Achieve incredible erections, amazing how it just improves them to rock hard over a couple of weeks. And this gave me a huge boost in self esteem. Just get this app and stick to it. Three times a day on last levels will give you results that will change your life for the better in less than a week, Im being serious here! Add some positive NLP programming and become a super sex god or something, performance wise.
Works well with the bio feedback program I am doing with my physical therapist. I like the customizing feature.
